- To Provide and Manage Our Services: To operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of MRKIT, including helping our users manage and expand their online store fronts and business reach.
- To Process Payments: To process your payments for the use of our Services.
- To Communicate With You: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send you service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

Analytics are gathered from interactions with our platform and the storefronts our users manage.
- For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: With your consent where required, to send you marketing communications about new products, services, and offers from MRKIT that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time as described in Section 6 (Your Rights and Choices).
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor and prevent fraudulent activity, to enforce our terms of service, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of MRKIT, our users, or others.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share your Personal Information in the following limited circumstances:

We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through our Services. We encourage you to learn about third parties’ privacy and security policies before providing them with information.
11. Florida Privacy Rights (Florida Information Protection Act - FIPA)
MRKIT LLC is located in Florida and complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA). FIPA requires businesses that acquire, maintain, store, or use personal information of Florida residents to implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect such information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. As described in Section 5 (Data Security), we have implemented such security measures. In the event of a data breach affecting the personal information of Florida residents, we will provide notifications as required by FIPA.
For Florida residents, "Personal Information" under FIPA includes an individual's first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following data elements for that individual: (a) Social Security number; (b) a driver license or identification card number, passport number, military identification number, or other similar number issued on a government document used to verify identity; (c) a financial account number or credit or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; (d) any information regarding an individual’s medical history, mental or physical condition, or medical treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional; or (e) an individual’s health insurance policy number or subscriber identification number and any unique identifier used by a health insurer to identify the individual. FIPA also includes a username or email address, in combination with a password or security question and answer that would permit access to an online account.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your Personal Information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, visit our CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice [Note: MRKIT will need to create a separate CCPA/CPRA notice or integrate specific CCPA/CPRA clauses here if they meet the applicability thresholds of the CCPA/CPRA. These thresholds generally relate to annual gross revenue, the number of California consumers whose personal information is processed, or the percentage of revenue derived from selling/sharing California consumers' personal information. If MRKIT does not currently meet these thresholds, this section can be simplified or state that they do not currently meet the requirements but will update the policy if that changes.]

- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
